Corsica is a French island located south of the French Riviera and east of Italy, in the Mediterranean Sea.
You can reach Corsica either :
- by airplane from a lot of different places in Europe to Ajaccio airport or Figari airport
(Figari is the nearest to Bonifacio)
- or by boat from Marseille or Toulon in France to Ajaccio or Porto Vecchio
(Porto Vecchio is the nearest to Bonifacio)
As you see above the most convenient airport in Corsica to reach Bonifacio is Figari Airport
Figari Airport is also called "Figari Sud Corse" ("Figari South Corsica"), It is situated at around 20km from Bonifacio (around 25 min by car).
We are going to organize a kind of "Taxi pick-up"
Indeed, if you take alone one taxi it will cost you 60€ on week day and 70€ on Sunday, but one taxi can take 4 peoples, then it is cheaper, even, there are some "Van Taxi" it cost 100€ to 110€ for 8 peoples.
